Interactive computer voice recognition software will help you to improve your pronunciation. Exercises will not only teach you effective communication techniques and helpful phrases for telephoning, but will make you aware of intercultural differences as well.

Course 5116AL: Two weeks: Microsoft Official Distance Learning (MODL) Elements of this syllabus are subject to change. This Distance Learning version of the course consists of 4 online live instructor-led sessions over 2 weeks (2hrs for each session). Additional self-paced e-learning content, scenario-based labs, and assessments accompany these sessions. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to successfully configure mobile computers and applications that run on the Windows Vista operating system. The course will also provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure successful configuration of the IT Pro tools and productivity applications that ship with Windows Vista. Students will focus on six main areas: maintenance and optimization tools, media applications, productivity applications, notebook computers, mobile devices, and Tablet PCs.
