Exercises will not only teach you effective communication techniques and helpful phrases for telephoning, but will make you aware of intercultural differences as well.

Course 5115AL: Three weeks: Microsoft Official Distance Learning (MODL) Elements of this syllabus are subject to change. This Distance Learning version of the course consists of 6 online live instructor-led sessions over 3 weeks (2hrs for each session). Additional self-paced e-learning content, scenario-based labs, and assessments accompany these sessions. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to install and configure Windows Vista desktops. It will focus on four main areas: installing, securing, networking, and browsing. By the end of the course, the student will know how to install and configure a Windows Vista desktop that is secure, on the network, and ready for browsing. This is the first course in the Windows Vista curriculum and it will serve as the entry point for other Windows Vista Technology Specialist courses.

Marcus Wiederstein studierte Elektrotechnik und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in Bochum und Dortmund und arbeitet seit mehr als 10 Jahren als Dozent für Themen im Bereich Software-Entwicklung und IT-Management sowie im Controlling.
